CrewPass product walkthrough: verified once, trusted everywhere
A tour of your CrewPass profile: verified once, kept current, shared in a link.
01. Where you stand
- Start at your dashboard. A summary of where your compliance stands right now - what is verified, what is expiring, and what still needs doing.
- Your readiness The four that matter most - STCW, medical, identity and criminal record. The rest of this tour is how each one gets there.
- Measured against the role Compliance is measured against a role's requirements, so you can see what a vessel needs before you apply for it.
02. Get verified
- Behind it, your certificates. Add each one once. CrewPass confirms it with the body that issued it.
- Added once Every certificate you hold sits in one record. You upload it once and never send it again.
- Verified at source Each certificate is confirmed with the body that awarded it, not taken on trust from the document you uploaded.
- Checked in minutes, not weeks CrewPass reads each certificate automatically and confirms it against the issuing body, so your record is current without you chasing anyone.
- Dated and tracked Expiry dates are tracked against the record for you, so a renewal never catches you out mid-season.
03. Get checked
- Then your background checks. Identity and criminal record, checked once.
- Two checks, done once Your identity is confirmed against government-issued ID, and your criminal record checked by a maritime verification provider.
- Held on your profile Both results sit on your profile, so an employer can see them without asking you to prove any of it again.
04. Share it
- Last, share it. One profile URL, and the agencies that already accept it.
- Your profile URL One address for your whole verified profile. Copy it into an application, or send it straight to an employer.
- Approved on partner sites Once you are CrewPass Approved, your verified tick shows on connected partner sites alongside your application.
- Connected agencies Recruiters and job boards connected to CrewPass read your profile as verified, so you are not proving the same things again with every application.
Verified once. Trusted everywhere.
Verify once, keep it current, and share it with every employer who needs to see it.
