From creating a position to seeing full compliance—here is the end-to-end CrewPass journey. Captains and recruiters share compliance links; crew apply with one profile; employers see who is qualified at a glance.
1. Define the role and requirements
Captains or recruiters add a vessel and position in CrewPass. They set the requirements for that role—certificates, medicals, and background checks.
2. Share a compliance link
They create a compliance link for that position and share it with shortlisted crew (or open it for applications). The link carries the role requirements so applicants know what is needed.
3. Crew apply with one profile
Crew click the link and apply. If they already have a CrewPass profile, their existing documents and verification are used. If not, they upload once and we verify and track expiry.
4. ID and background checks
Crew complete ID and criminal checks through CrewPass where required. Consent and verification happen in one place; status is visible to the employer.
5. Docs verified by AI
We extract, classify, validate and track expiry for certificates and medicals. Zero manual data entry—upload and forget.
6. Employer sees full compliance
The captain or recruiter sees who is compliant, who is missing items, and who has expired docs. They can assign crew to the vessel and keep the crew list and compliance in one dashboard.
