Alongside everything above, CrewPass Connect is an optional live link between CrewPass and the software you use to manage your crew. CrewPass independently verifies each crew member's record, and the link carries it into your system and keeps it correct as things change, so your team works from verified, current information without re-typing it. We look at the system you run and help you get connected, tailored to your setup. It's included in your CrewPass account at no extra cost.
What arrives in your system
- Who they are. A verified crew profile with roles, nationality, experience and employment history.
- Their certificates. A copy of each certificate, verified by CrewPass, with the type, issuer and dates your software needs to file it correctly.
- Their compliance status. Each requirement for their role, from medical and STCW to role certificates, marked as met, expiring, expired, missing or pending, with the document that meets it.
- Their background-check result. For crew who have had a CrewPass background check, the result sits in the same record.
