CrewPass offers background checks for crew members

We provide enhanced background checking and identity verification services specifically for crew members. These checks allow crew members to prove to employers that they are fully vetted and trustworthy candidates. By vetting candidates, we can provide safety and security to the marine industry.

Signing up with CrewPass is quick and straightforward

Just fill in your basic background information, i.e., your name, birthdate, location etc. This process takes as little as 10-15 minutes to complete, then you’re done! (The process may alter depending on the country you reside in).

It is essential that you fully complete the sign-up process; otherwise, CrewPass cannot conduct the background checks. If you forget to fill everything in, we will prompt you with a reminder email!

Once the sign-up process is complete, CrewPass will start to conduct in-depth background checks. These checks include enhanced criminal background checks as well as ID verification checks. It takes roughly 7-10 days for this whole process to be completed and the results to return.

After all the checks are carried out, we will inform you of the results via email

If your results are in consideration, we will discuss the potential problem with the search with you one to one.

However, if you have met CrewPass’ requirements, you will officially be a verified crew member with our Approved Accreditation, and your CrewPass account will be automatically updated.
