CrewPass is a global background checking service that caters to the maritime industry. Unlike others in the market, CrewPass’ checks are conducted internationally, which means no matter where a crew member lives or comes from, we can perform the check all for the same price.
We perform comprehensive checks on crew members to ensure the safety of all on board.

How it works
When you create a vessel account, you can add your entire crew list to our Superyacht Crew Management Software for free. Then choose one crew member or your entire crew list to undergo a fully comprehensive background check by CrewPass!
CrewPass sends a link to the crew member
If you have chosen to pay for checks, CrewPass will send a link to your crew member, sending them to create an account. From there, they have to fill in basic information and submit their background check application.
CrewPass conducts the checks
It takes on average 5-10 days for a crew member’s background check results to come back. If they have passed their checks, they will be awarded the CrewPass Approved accreditation, which lasts 2 years. The results will automatically be shared with the crew member and the vessel account.
